I am an experienced banker and lender with over 25 years of experience. My banking career started at the Bank of New York. I then managed award-winning teams at Commerce/TD Bank and helped launch two denovo branches as well, all while originating mortgage and home equity applications. After a short stint in commercial lending, my focus shifted back to full time residential mortgage lending, which is the most rewarding, meaningful, and fun role I have ever had! There is no better feeling than seeing those keys changing hands at the loan closing.
I have experience with new construction, jumbo loans, refinance and purchase financing, including investment property loans up to four units. My favorite specialty is helping First Time Homebuyers, because I love the educational and advisory aspects of mortgage lending. Whether it’s a co-op or a multi-million-dollar single family home purchase, helping renters become homeowners is a particular passion of mine. Real estate ownership can be a great way to build generational wealth, if done right.
I work closely with realtors, accountants and financial advisors who entrust their clients to me for advice on all things mortgage related. I serve the Lower Hudson Valley, including Westchester County and the Bronx, as well as Fairfield County in Connecticut. I was born and raised in Westchester County, have always lived and worked in this market and know it well.
Fun Fact: My son is in college and easily beats me at chess and pickleball and skiing and everything else…but that’s to be expected I guess!
